Preamble. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between 98qkr (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who registers an account on or uses any service provided through the 98qkr website and related applications. These Terms govern the entirety of the relationship between the Operator and the Player in connection with the use of 98qkr services. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during account registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles 98qkr to close your account and void any pending or outstanding balances.
2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one active account on the 98qkr platform. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and all associated balances being voided. 98qkr will determine at its sole discretion which account, if any, is treated as the primary account in duplicate account investigations.
2.4 Geographic Restrictions. Access to 98qkr services may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing the 98qkr platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. 98qkr shall have no liability for a Player's failure to comply with applicable local laws.
2.5 Corporate and Beneficial Accounts. Accounts may only be opened by and operated in the name of a natural person. Accounts opened on behalf of a corporation, trust, or any other legal entity are prohibited without the prior written consent of 98qkr.
3.1 Account Security. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 98qkr login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 98qkr will not be responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.2 Notification of Breach. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your 98qkr account, you must notify 98qkr's support team immediately via live chat. 98qkr may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC). 98qkr reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a copy of your Pakistan National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address, and payment method verification — at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or where suspicious account activity is detected. Processing of withdrawals may be delayed until verification is satisfactorily completed.
3.4 Account Inactivity. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months shall be considered dormant. 98qkr may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. The total fees deducted will not exceed the balance of the dormant account.
3.5 Non-Transferability. Your 98qkr account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 98qkr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Omni, Meezan Bank internet banking, over-the-counter cash deposit, and general bank transfer. The list of available payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within your 98qkr account dashboard and may vary based on your verification level and payment method.
4.3 Own Funds Obligation. You may only deposit funds that you are legally entitled to use and that originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 98qkr strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment methods. Deposits originating from a payment method not registered to the verified account holder will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are targeted for processing within 10 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the recipient bank. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and are processed in the order they are received.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Real Money Balance funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification, (b) no active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement attached to the account balance, and (c) a minimum withdrawal amount threshold being met as displayed in the account dashboard.
4.6 Currency. All transactions on the 98qkr platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless an alternative currency is explicitly confirmed at account registration. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, will be displayed at the point of transaction.
4.7 Deposit Refusals. 98qkr reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit where the Operator has reasonable grounds to believe it originates from unlawful activity, from a third-party source, or where it would place the platform in breach of its anti-money laundering obligations.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by 98qkr are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum odds requirements (for sportsbook bonuses), maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates. These specific terms are incorporated into and form part of these general Terms & Conditions.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds — and any winnings generated while a bonus is the active wagering balance — are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal can be requested. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the offer description. Wagering on certain game categories (such as live casino, specific table games, or jackpot slots) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Contribution rates are published alongside each offer.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 98qkr actively monitors bonus usage patterns. Practices considered bonus abuse — including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting mathematical inequalities in bonus terms, using a bonus in conjunction with hedging strategies, or coordinated play between linked accounts — will result in bonus cancellation, withdrawal restriction, and may result in permanent account closure.
5.4 Maximum Winnings from Bonus Funds. Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer, winnings generated from free spins or no-deposit bonuses are subject to a maximum withdrawable cap. This cap will be stated in the applicable offer terms.
5.5 Right to Withdraw Bonuses. 98qkr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to amend the terms of an active promotion with reasonable notice, and to refuse the award of a bonus where there are reasonable grounds to believe the offer terms are being manipulated.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the 98qkr sportsbook are subject to acceptance by the Operator. 98qkr reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to: bets placed after an event has commenced (unless in-play betting is explicitly offered), bets placed using erroneous odds due to technical error, and bets that would constitute a conflict of interest with the Operator's risk management obligations.
6.2 In-Play Betting. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. The odds offered for in-play events may be suspended at any time without notice. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected and stakes returned. Bets accepted in the period immediately before a suspension will be honoured at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance.
6.3 Palpable Errors. Any bet accepted at obviously incorrect odds — due to a typographical error, technical malfunction, or data feed failure — is void and will be settled at the correct market odds or cancelled with stakes returned, at 98qkr's discretion. Players who knowingly exploit palpable pricing errors may have their accounts restricted.
6.4 Match Result Disputes. In the event of a result dispute for any sporting event, 98qkr will rely on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. If no official result is available within a reasonable timeframe, 98qkr reserves the right to void the affected markets and return stakes.
6.5 Bet Cancellations. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in your 98qkr account, it cannot be cancelled by the Player. Cancellation requests will not be processed except where 98qkr cancels a market for reasons within its discretion as described in these Terms.
7.1 Game Fairness. All casino games available on the 98qkr platform — including RNG slot games, RNG table games, and live dealer games — are provided by certified third-party game suppliers whose software and Random Number Generators have been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. Theoretical Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published in the respective game information panels.
7.2 Malfunction Voids All Pays. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communications failure during any casino game session, the affected game round will be voided and stakes will be returned to the Player's account. 98qkr shall have no liability for losses that result directly from a verifiable technical malfunction of its games platform.
7.3 Disconnection Policy. 98qkr maintains a disconnection policy for live casino games. If a Player is disconnected from a live game during an active round, the system will complete the round in accordance with the game rules in force at the time of disconnection. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before participating in live dealer games.
7.4 Maximum Win Limits. Certain games and game providers may impose maximum win limits per spin, per round, or per session. These limits are displayed in the game information panels and are enforced by the game supplier. Wins that exceed these technical maximums will be capped at the stated limit.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 98qkr platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms entitling 98qkr to close your account and void any outstanding balances:
9.1 Commitment. 98qkr is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides a range of player protection tools designed to support responsible gambling practices, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.
9.2 Age Verification. 98qkr enforces a strict 21+ age policy. All players are required to verify their age as part of the KYC process. Where 98qkr has reasonable grounds to believe a Player may be underage, the account will be suspended and a formal age verification request issued. Failure to pass age verification will result in permanent account closure.
9.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to restrict their own gaming activity may request self-exclusion through the account settings dashboard or by contacting the 98qkr support team. Self-exclusion can be set for defined periods (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months) or as permanent exclusion. 9.4 Deposit and Loss Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and loss limits from the account settings page. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before they are applied.
9.5 Reality Checks. 98qkr provides optional session time reminders that alert players to the duration of their current gaming session at intervals of the player's choosing.

10.1 The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by 98qkr is governed by the 98qkr Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at 98qkr.net/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 98qkr may be required to disclose Player information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties where required by law or under the terms of its operating licence. Such disclosures are not a breach of these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
10.3 98qkr will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
11.1 All content on the 98qkr platform — including but not limited to the 98qkr brand name, logo, website design, software, game assets, text, images, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 98qkr or its licensors. All rights are reserved.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 98qkr platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any 98qkr content without prior written authorisation.
11.3 Any unauthorised use of 98qkr intellectual property may result in account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 98qkr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.
12.2 98qkr's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 98qkr does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical malfunctions. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled downtime may occur. 98qkr will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes 98qkr's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13.1 Closure by Player. You may close your 98qkr account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 72 hours. Any verified Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your preferred verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and subject to there being no active wagering requirement attached to the balance.
13.2 Closure by 98qkr. 98qkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and with or without prior notice, where: a Player has breached any provision of these Terms; suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected on an account; a regulatory requirement mandates account closure; or the Operator withdraws from a market. Where an account is closed for regulatory compliance or fraud-related reasons, outstanding balances may be withheld pending investigation.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure — whether by the Player or by 98qkr — all bonus balances and Bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met their respective wagering requirements will be voided immediately. Real Money Balance will be returned subject to clause 13.1 or withheld subject to clause 13.2.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 98qkr holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory applicable local law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
14.2 Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are required to first submit a formal complaint to 98qkr's customer support team. 98qkr will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, the Player may refer the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution body as specified under 98qkr's gaming licence terms.
14.3 Any claim or dispute must be raised within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims raised after this period will be time-barred.
15.1 98qkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it affects a Player's existing rights or obligations in a significant way — 98qkr will provide at least 14 days' written notice to registered Players via email before the changes take effect.
15.2 Non-material amendments — including clarifications, typographical corrections, or changes required to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance — may take effect immediately without prior notice.
15.3 Continued use of the 98qkr platform after an amendment has taken effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
